Our Company
Waterside Mechanical, Inc. is a state licensed mechanical contractor based in Fort Myers, Florida established in 2003 by two veterans in the local mechanical industry. Over the years, we have performed a variety of mechanical projects for commercial buildings all over Southwest Florida including industrial, healthcare, government, resorts, educational, and more. Jeff Beatson took over full ownership of the company in December 2017 and continues to maintain great working relationships with our current customers, with the hope of creating many more in the future.
